1. Makerere University Biomedical Research Centre (MakBRC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

- The bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at Procurement & Disposal Unit of Makerere University Biomedical Research Centre at the address given below from 9.00am – 3.00pm.
- The pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) for the above-mentioned category.
- The method of payment will be through the bank and thereafter a receipt will be obtained from MakBRC accounts office. The document may thereafter be collected from the procurement and Disposal Unit upon presentation of the receipt.
- The deadline for bid submission will be at or before 12.00 pm on 28th March 2024. Late submissions shall not be accepted.
